When should we check the correlation of the variables. After Data cleaning and data processioning(data standardization,label encoding…) ?

It is always good to check the correlation between the variables during exploratory data analysis.

I have seen many people including me checking correlation of the variables during the eda phase. I am not sure if there are some people who do it after data cleaning or standardization. Hope this helps you!
