I have installed Anaconda on Windows OS and when I am trying to start jupyter notebook. I always get the site can’t be reached.
Can anyone help me if they have faced a similar issue?

Probably you might have forgotten to spinup jupyter. Installing won’t suffice. You need to start jupyter server.
