Require help on accessing assignment

Hi all,

I am participating in the Deep Learning Bootcamp. When I click on Assignment 1 and Assignment 2 link to do it. A new page is display with no content but some grey colour thing moving up and down.

The quiz 1 deadline is over. You cannot access them now. Please do the quiz 2. This quiz will end on 6th August.
