Hi,

Since the target variable for test data is not given, then how to evaluate accuracy and confusion matrix, as these two metrics involve target as well as the predicted value.

While solving quiz 2, I got predicted value as independent and republican only, why i didn’t got the democrat value, is it wrong?

No it’s not wrong to get only independent and rupublican predicted values. But your model is not trained enough to predict the democrat. try and optimize your model
